Your satisfaction (and your cat's) is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide your order number and reason for the return.
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo or video of the damaged/defective item
A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will resolve it.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
